Most Swiss pilots used the free flying day on Monday to discover the region from above. Because of the post-frontal weather, thermals were strong, the air clean and cloud base high. however, strong winds caused quite turbulent conditions.
In the evening we made a swiss dinner with BBQ, pasta and morel sauce. Finally, also Alfredo arrived late last night and completed our team.
Today we are supposed to have the official training day, but it has a lot of clouds. Still, we might take a taxi in the afternoon to get a flight, if conditions improve. For tomorrow it looks even worse, as some rain is forecasted. Stay tuned...
