Since I started paragliding, I have become completely obsessed with it! The pure adventure and unmatched scenery make for incredible sensations of freedom. It is the perfect game!

In 2024, I participated in several top H&F competitions (Jura H&F, X-Pyr, Swiss Championships, TrailFly Lenk, ...). The season was a great success with consistent results! Unfortunately, many XC comps and Vercofly were cancelled.

Meine Leidenschaft beim Gleitschirmfliegen, gilt der Kombination des Streckenflugs mit einem Vorangegangenen Hike zu einem Startplatz, der individuell bestmöglich ausgesucht wurde für den aktuellen Tag. Diese beiden Komponenten können beliebig kombiniert werden mit vielen interessanten Zwischenlandungen, Tasks, Abenteuer, Vol Biv. Das Spektrum, was schlussendlich daraus entsteht, ausgerüstet mit einem Gleitschirm, Notschirm, Gurtzeug, anständigen Hiking Schuhen und ein paar Accessoires ist atemberaubend. Ich habe wunderbare Lebenszeit mit dieser Ausstattung geniessen können.
Zudem möchte ich immer weiter kommen und besser werden. Die Sportart ist geradezu ausgelegt dafür. Man kann sich selber, bzw. im Team ständig neue Herausforderungen stellen, welche die mentale, konditionelle Fähigkeit eines Athleten fordern und fördern.
Des weiteren sind die Wettkämpfe Teil dieser Herausforderung um besser zu werden. Die kleine Community der Hike and Fly Gemeinschaft ist mir sehr sympathisch. Gleichgesinnte zu treffen, welche man zum Grossteil bereits kennt, ist immer ein schönes Erlebnis.

Goals
.Für 2025 möchte ich meinen Weg weitergehen. Die Resultate von 2024 zeigen mir, dass ich vieles richtig gemacht habe. Nun geht es darum, an den Details zu arbeiten um konstant gute Resultate zu liefern. So ist mein neues Ziel unter den Top 5 Hike and Fly Piloten der Schweiz zu kommen. Die Konkurrenz ist stark, allerdings braucht es diese, um international vorne dabei sein zu können.
