Participants
The number of participants is limited to 150 pilots.
28 guaranteed places are available for each of the following leagues:

  • Austrian League
  • German League
  • Italian League
  • Slovenian League
  • Swiss League

In addition, the organiser can award 10 wildcards.
If the quota of 28 pilots is not used up by each nation, pilots not nominated will move up from the waiting list.

Waiting list

  • The ranking is based on nation and ranking in the WPRS, cut-off date 1 April 2023.

  • If a place becomes vacant, the best-placed pilot of the best-placed nation in the WPRS will move up.
  • The next vacant place will be given to the best-placed pilot of the second best-placed nation, then to the third best-placed nation, etc.

Online registration is possible from 30.10.22 to 8.3.23 (3 months before start).

  • The team leaders of the 5 participating leagues have until 20.3. to nominate their 28 pilots from the applications received.

  • Registered pilots who have not been nominated by the team leader will be placed on the waiting list.
  • The nominated pilots will receive an invoice by e-mail by 25.3. which must be paid by 3.4.23 at the latest.
  • If this deadline passes without payment, the pilot will be cancelled and a pilot from the waiting list will move up.

Entry Fee

CHF 160,-
The entry fee is to be paid only after receipt of the invoice, online on this website.

Cancellation of a Registration (PWCA-rule A.1.2):

1. Pilots who want to cancel their registration should do it as soon as possible. 
2. A pilot who cancels at least 45 days before the event can ask for a refund of the entry fee (an administrative fee of €20 will be deducted). 
3. Cancellations received less than 45 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the entry fee.
4. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded.
5. In the case of injury, and where a medical certificate is supplied, or other circumstances beyond the pilot’s control refunds will be decided on a case-by case basis.
6. If a cancellation is less than 7 days before the event, then CHF / € 100 is not refundable under any circumstances. 

If the competition is not held, CHF 25,- will be deducted from the entry fee received to cover the organiser's expenses, the remaining CHF 135,- will be returned to the pilot (less bank charges).
