Switzerland lies on the southern edge of a high pressure system with a centre over southern Scandinavia. The pressure distribution in the Alpine region is flat; the air here is very warm and still dry. A weak southerly current is increasingly bringing slightly more humid air to Switzerland. BEO:
Despite high clouds development of moderate thermals with 1-3/8 Cu. Thermally flyable until 4 pm, then problematic due to shadowing and TCU.
Thermal top/base very different, above the high relief 3300 m and higher, at lower relief it should be rather stable, later thermal development and much lower top.

Wind:
Rather weak valley winds, Thursday was east wind in Interlaklen, Friday weak west, tomorrow I expect west.
