Swiss League Cup „Prättigau“

Piloten

44 Piloten, viele der Top Piloten sind dabei

Fluggebiet

Startplatz Motta, Fluggebiet Stels wird mit Sammeltransport (PTT) erreicht, freundliche Aufnahme bei der Bevölkerung.

Grosser Startplatz, aber nur im Frühling richtig gut.

Das Prättigau ist bei den Insidern bekannt als gutes und erst noch wenig föhnanfälliges Thermikfluggebiet.

6m/s Steigen und teilweise doch recht starker Südwind stellten vor allem am Samstag recht hohe Anforderungen an das Pilotenkönnen.

Tasks

2 Aufgaben über 55, bzw 37km, beide zwischen Klosters und Seewis, der „Rennstrecke“ des Prättigaus

Beide Aufgaben gewinnt Alex Hofer und Nicole Nussbaum.


Organisation

Gut, Restaurant Sternen zur Auswertung und Abendessen, Debriefing.

Verzögerungen bei der GPS Auswertung, weil sich der Liga-Computer als zu langsam erweist.

Das System der flexiblen „Swiss League Cup“ hat sich einmal mehr voll bewährt. Das Prättigau war wohl der einzige Ort in der Schweiz mit Thermik und Task-Bedingungen.

Pilots

44 Pilots, a lot of the Cracks are there

Flight Area

Take Off “Motta”, above Stels. Huge Take Off Site, but only good in Spring. The People like the Paraglider-Piliots

The Prättigau is very well known by the Insiders of the Area for good thermalling conditions, even with light Föhn.

6m/s uplift and quite a strong southerly wind where sometime difficult to manage, specially Saturday.

Tasks

2 Tasks of 55 and 37km, both between Klosters and Seewis, the Race – Tasks of the Prättigaus.

Hofer and Nicole Nussbaum wins both Tasks


Organisation

The Organisation was good, only some delays during the Chek In because of the slow computer were disturbing the very good atmosphere.

The System “flexible Swiss League Cup“ was once more a success. Nowhere else in Switzerland flying would have been so good (no possibility for a Task).
