Some Cirrus make us waiting at the Restaurant with Briefing ant Task: Fieschertal - Riederalp - Gluringen - "Nessel" - Goal at Chavez-Party.

As soon the Cirrus are gone, the thermals start to work - even in this really satble airmass. Morgenthaler makes a good tactical move: Early take off, as long the sun is on, because new cirrus are covering the sky. He climbs up to 2700m, followed by Jan Sterren. The field has to struggle around 2300m....
Unfortunately the cirrus stayed the hole day exactly above us (it has been because a lifting effect over the high mountains). But even with only 50% sun some pilots managed to get good hight at the tactically important points.

Thermal top has been around 3100m. The wind has been very weak, 5-6 hp has not been any problem. It is autumn ... With the same prognosis flying in spring would be impossible.
