Monday, 5.6.23

• 20:00 Weather and decision on realisation on chat and website

Wednesday, 7.6.23

• 18-20 h Registration in front of Restaurant OX (Brunni cable car valley station, map on google)
• 20-21 h Apéro 
• 21:00 h General Briefing at OX (we mainly explain the flying area. This will not be done on Thursday morning. Pilots who do not know the area are advised to attend the General Briefing). Download the General Briefing

Thursday, 8.6.23

• 7:30-8:30 Registration in front of Restaurant OX (Brunni cable car valley station, map on google)

Flying days, Thursday, 8.6. until Sunday, 11.6.

• Until 8 a.m.: Weather briefing and information for the day
• From 8 a.m.: Coffee and croissants (CHF 1) in front of Restaurant OX 
• Some Lunch (fruit, powerbar), tracker and ticket issuing in front of Restaurant OX
• 10:30 briefing at "the lake" 
• Take Off time is normally at 12
• From 14 p.m.: Bar and Bistro at the marquee at the landing site
• The pilots normally land from 3 p.m. onwards
• In the evening, usually at 20:00: Info on weather and the next day on Telegram and on the website.

Friday, 9.6.

• 19 hPilot evening in the restaurant Wasserfall

Sunday, 11.6.

• Prize-giving ceremony in the marquee at the landing site, approx. 5 p.m.

(the prize-giving ceremony will take place as soon after the last task as possible)

  Official file, which can already be downloaded from the Swissleague page. It contains all the airspaces.
• Alpencup-2023-Airspace-minimal.txt
  Minimal airspace file. Probably we can get away with this file.
• Alpencup-2023-Airspace-with-LS-R-and-TMA-Tempo.txt
  If any LS-R or the TMA Alpnach should be activated by DABS, we have to work with this file. Then pilots must manually switch off all non-active LS-R.
• Obstacles-Switzerland-2023-05-08.txt
  Obstacles all over Switzerland. Pilots with XCTrack can also use the version from the internet.
