Debreafing
Today task of 72 km, first turnpoint on the north through the Maggia valley over Cevio. Return whit direction south east across the valley Verzasca and turnpoint at Morisciolo. Back to the Madone and final glide, turnpoint Isole di Brissago 3km for the ESS, landing at Delta.
Martin had said good last afternoon at the debriefing: with the influx of air from the south, it is very important to fly high over the stability, the bottom is difficult bacause a poor gradient (0.5°/100m - look the sounding Milano h12).
Concept, which was repeated to me this morning at the briefing, and today was even more important because the sky could be seen already more gray than yesterday.
The turnpoint in Cevio has surprised some pilot who have not flown high for crossing the valley. Some pilot has landed, others have recovered with difficulty.
